One-to-One
Grooming sessions are dedicated solely to your dog. I only groom one dog at a time and there is only ever one dog in my salon at any one time. This only changes when multiple dogs are from the same household and by prior agreement with the owner.
Calm Environment
The Glam Pooch is set in a rural location on a farm with a beautiful outlook. Many of the dogs that visit just love to stare out of the window for the whole of their grooming session!

Every dog that visits The Glam Pooch, is treated as an individual.
Dogs all have different personalities, just like humans, so I tailor each grooming session to your dog's specific needs.

As a dog and horse owner I totally understand that your four legged friend is one of the family. I have created a calm environment to help keep your dog as relaxed as possible during their visit. I will take as much time is needed to ensure that they are comfortable with all parts of the grooming routine. I guarantee that I will never 'rush' your dog's groom.
It's not just about the "before and after", it's a whole process. If you have a nervous dog or a puppy that has never visited a grooming salon, please contact me to discuss the best way to approach their grooming session.
